Course Information

D.El.ed. is a two years programme which aims at integrating general studies in arts and professional studies in education. It provides a wide knowledge base for becoming an elementary and secondary school teacher.

Depending on individual aptitude, students can choose to pursue D.El.Ed in Jharkhand Ranchi as an integrated programme. D.El.ed. degree is compulsory to become a teacher. B.Ed. programme includes different training and teaching methods. Any person having passed (10+2) examination from any approved board in India can pursue D.El.ed.

Future Prospects

After admission into the D.El.Ed degree, students can pursue BA Programme and work as teachers as they become a part of a variety of institutions after completing the degree. These graduates can find employment in various government and government aided institutions and also in primary and high schools, Instructional Designers in publishing houses, Subject tutors / content writers in coaching institutes, NGOs in education sector, Entrepreneurship in education sector
